President: Onno Verhagen
The president is the face of AISN. He is responsible for the overall coordination of the group, the agenda and the organisation of board meetings and GMAs.
Secretary: Caja Sieben
The secretary has an important role in communication with the National Secretariat of Amnesty (AINL), but is also assists the president in external communication and representation. The secretary keeps a database of contact information of AISN members and contacts AINL if there are any changes. The secretary also makes notes during board meetings and GMAs and distributes these notes among the board members.
Treasurer: Teressa Griffith
The treasurer is responsible for managing and budgeting the finances of the student group. The treasurer also processes financial declarations made by AISN or it's members. At the end of each of the fiscal year (in December) the treasurer writes an annual financial report to the National Secretariat.
Public Relations (PR): Irina Böckmann and Pauline Pawig
The Public Relations Officers are responsible for the promotion of all AISN events, and to makes sure all of the social media sites are up to date. In every committee in AISN there is someone in charge of promoting that specific committees events, the Public Relations Officers also communicate between each committee PR-representative.
Commissioner of Activities: Farshad Labib
The Commissioner of Activities is the supervisor of all committees. He organizes and attends every meeting of each committee as well as all of the board meetings and GMAs. His job is particularly important in communication between all committees and the board. Further, his tasks are to create a monthly newsletter of all upcoming events and to spread out scheduled events of the committees over the calendar to ensure there are not weeks dense with activities followed by a week without any.
